Standard designs show frequently used
types of thermacouples. See the model
selection chart to create a design to
your unique specification.
T1-
DESIGN 11
Bared
sheath exposes wires. Normally
used in thermowell applications
instead of bare wire and insulator
type thermocouples. Minimal
mechanical or corrosion protection
is available for the exposed
leads. Exposed MgO is moisture
sealed.
T1-
DESIGN 20
20
ga. silicon impregnated fiberglass
leads. Alternate insulations
available. Transition on the
thermocouple serves as both
a strain relief and a moisture
seal. Leads are flexible and
offer protection against mechanical
strain and chemical corrosion.
T1-
DESIGN 21
Same
as design 20 with a quick-disconnect
connector. (Connector has a
maximum 400°F operating
limit.) High-temp available
upon request.
T1-
DESIGN 22
Same
as design 20 with spade lugs
lead soldered to the leads.
T1-
DESIGN 23
Same
as design 20 with the addition
of interlocking stainless steel
armor on leads. This design
offers the maximum in mechanical
protection. There is a minimum
two and one-half inch bending
radius.
T1-
DESIGN 24
Same
as Design 23 with the addition
of a quick-disconnect connector.
(Connector has a maximum 400°
F operating limit.) High temp
available upon request.
